Primary Teaching Assistant Role

EdEx is working with a primary school in Richmond to find a Teaching Assistant to support pupils in EYFS, KS1, and KS2. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a passion for education and a commitment to creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish.

The role involves providing general support to pupils, including targeted 1:1 support for those with SEN. You will also assist with class management, carry out interventions, and deliver programs tailored to children's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with SEN and behavioural requirements
  • Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions
  • Use your creativity and compassion to excite and educate the pupils

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children
  • A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish within
  • Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities
