About the Role:- Lead a team of 10 Inside Sales BDMs to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs
- Coach, manage, and mentor high-performance Telesales Executives to drive sales growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results and improve sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve customer engagement
- Lead daily performance and stat reviews to drive sales performance and improvement
- Develop and implement coaching plans to improve sales skills and performance
- Conduct regular 1:1s and agent contribution reviews to drive sales growth and improvement
- Deliver documentation and reports to senior management to drive business results
- At least 3 years' experience in a management position leading a sales team to targets
- Competent user of salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and improvement
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to drive sales performance and improvement
- Strong organisational aptitude and proven time management skills to drive business results
