Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Senior Telesales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team in Manchester.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of 10 Inside Sales BDMs to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs
  • Coach, manage, and mentor high-performance Telesales Executives to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results and improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve customer engagement
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily performance and stat reviews to drive sales performance and improvement
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to improve sales skills and performance
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and agent contribution reviews to drive sales growth and improvement
  • Deliver documentation and reports to senior management to drive business results
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a management position leading a sales team to targets
  • Competent user of salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and improvement
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills to drive sales performance and improvement
  • Strong organisational aptitude and proven time management skills to drive business results
