We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Grounds Maintenance Team at New Forest District Council. The team provides a high-quality grounds maintenance service across the district, including grass cutting, shrub bed maintenance, hedge cutting, and cemetery maintenance.

The successful candidate will work in a range of locations, from woodland to formal gardens, maintaining grounds and gardens to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Working in a team to achieve goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in a Grounds Maintenance role and hold valid driver's license with trailer entitlement, PA1, PA6 herbicide certification, and NVQ Level 1 or equivalent certification. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
