Job Title: Experienced Kitchen Professional - Chef De Partie
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at a prestigious restaurant with stunning sea views. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic kitchen team and develop your skills further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food preparation
- Preparing fresh quality dishes with good quality ingredients locally sourced
- Preparing, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards
- Assisting with preparation of food items and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen
- Working alongside the kitchen team
Requirements:
- A basic understanding of produce and ingredients
- Experience in the kitchen
- A basic knowledge of food production methods
- A positive and approachable manner
Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
