Join our experienced team of Horticultural Workers as a Grounds Maintenance Operative and contribute to the upkeep of our beautiful gardens and open spaces across the New Forest District. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are maintained to a high standard, using your skills and knowledge to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include working in a team to achieve goals, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and adhering to health and safety guidelines. To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year's experience in a Grounds Maintenance role, hold valid driver's license with trailer entitlement, PA1, PA6 herbicide certification, and NVQ Level 1 or equivalent certification.

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is available, along with a range of benefits, including a local government pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, employee discounts at high street retailers, and Cycle to Work scheme.
