About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to their lives.
- Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in condition.
- Light Housekeeping: Help maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping duties.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to clients' dietary preferences and needs.
- Shopping: Assist clients with grocery shopping and running errands to ensure they have everything they need.
- Appointments & Social Outings: Accompany clients to appointments and social events, promoting engagement and connection.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in community care is a plus, but not required
- A genuine desire to help others and a positive attitude

- Full UK Driving license
