We are seeking dedicated Community Care Assistants to join our supportive team at Home Instead. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their well-being and happiness.
- Shopping and Errands: Assist clients with grocery shopping and running errands, ensuring they have everything they need.
- Light Housekeeping: Help maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping duties.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to clients' dietary preferences and needs.
- Appointments and Social Outings: Accompany clients to appointments and social events, promoting engagement and connection.
- Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in condition.
