We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.
About the Role:- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging.
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social events, promoting engagement and connection with their community.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in condition, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£13.50, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
- Ongoing training and support, including our award-winning courses and mentor/buddy system.

- Previous experience in community care is a plus, but not required.
- A genuine desire to help others and a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills and a team player mindset.
