About the Role:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams, resolving complex technical issues and improving overall system performance.
  • Lead technical projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to clients.
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to develop and implement robust security measures, protecting client data and systems from threats.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT support, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in areas such as Office 365, Windows servers, active directory, and VMware.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications, such as CompTIA or Cisco.
