Senior IT Technician

Are you an experienced IT professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, industrial environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Technician to join our team at In Technology Group Limited.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support to internal teams, both onsite and remotely, ensuring seamless operation of IT services across all UK sites.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, working on IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
  • Maintain and support business-critical systems, coordinating with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
  • Proficient in virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware, with strong networking skills (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, etc.).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online, as well as knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
