Future Select, a well-regarded Environmental Consultancy, is seeking a skilled Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor for a reputable outfit and hold the City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessing (WMSoc) qualification as a minimum.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with ACOP L8 guidelines, focusing on domestic hot & cold systems.
- Perform PPM water sampling and temperature monitoring as required.
- Prepare comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessment reports, identifying highlighted risks and recommended remedials.
- Proven experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor for a well-established organization.
- City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessing (WMSoc) qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work across a diverse portfolio of client sites, including commercial, healthcare, industrial, and local authority sectors.
