Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Depositary Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Depositary Services function, you will be responsible for managing depositary relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage depositary relationships with allocated clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve services and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of depositary services and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve services and processes.
