Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant-Depositary Operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the risk management and compliance functions within our Depositary Operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including COLL and AIFMD
- Conduct qualitative asset eligibility assessments and risk-related analysis
- Develop and maintain Depositary risk management frameworks
- Lead Fund Oversight reviews and perform due diligence visits
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage team workloads and priorities
- Maintain KPIs and present MI on an ongoing basis
- Knowledge of Depositary duties and responsibilities
- Understanding of fund products and operating structures
- Knowledge of FCA regulations for Funds and Depositary responsibilities
- Previous relevant risk management or compliance experience
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
