Job Description

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, construction management teams, subcontractors, and team members. They will serve as the primary contact for residents and be responsible for managing data, adhering to GDPR compliance, and coordinating with construction teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with residents through ongoing engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize community events in the project area, coordinating with team members to prepare necessary materials.
  • Manage the funding sign-up process, discussing benefits and project timelines with residents, and ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with process.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers, clients, and contractors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Possess a full UK driving license.
