Job Title: Customer Liaison Assistant

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the Housing and Technical Resources team, you will play a vital role in delivering the Council's Home+ initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary link between residents, construction teams, social work departments, and external agencies throughout the installation process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of the Home+ initiative.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to travel throughout South Lanarkshire.
