">Job DescriptionAs an experienced Software Architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions for critical safety systems in the automotive industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of airbag systems.
- Software Architecture and Design: Develop and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures for airbag systems, ensuring maintainability and efficient maintenance.
- Software Requirements: Analyze, develop, and refine software requirements to align with project objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance and support to the development team as the primary point of contact for software-related questions and issues.
- Global Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with global teams to ensure successful project execution, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Experience: 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, including 5+ years of experience with C language, Compiler, linker and debugger, and 3+ years of experience with microcontrollers and Automotive software development.
Preferred Qualifications:
International Experience: Experience working on global projects with global teams, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to drive success.
Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring junior engineers, explaining complex technical problems, and training others to achieve expertise.
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
