Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering talent acquisition for the UK, Australia, and occasionally, other global regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and attract top talent for The Config Team.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from interviews to offer negotiations.
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance employer branding.
  • Build and maintain talent pools within our ATS.
  • Stay informed on talent acquisition trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong interest or understanding of talent resourcing and the broader Talent Acquisition process.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

We are a close-knit, friendly team where you'll work directly with the Talent Manager. As a small team, you may have the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities and contribute to business Learning and Development projects and initiatives.

Specialising in high-skill, low-volume recruitment, you'll build lasting relationships with candidates while gaining deep insight into the SAP talent market.

Working closely with hiring managers, you'll ensure seamless, timely recruitment that meets resourcing goals.
