Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by delivering talent acquisition for the UK, Australia, and occasionally, other global regions. You will specialise in high-skill, low-volume recruitment, building lasting relationships with candidates while gaining deep insight into the SAP talent market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and attract top talent for The Config Team.
  • Create, post, and manage job adverts while handling inbound applications.
  • Conduct screening interviews and present shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from interviews to offer negotiations.
  • Participate in job fairs and events.
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance employer branding.
  • Build and maintain talent pools within our ATS.
  • Stay informed on talent acquisition trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
  • Strong interest or understanding of talent resourcing and the broader Talent Acquisition process.
  • Ability to craft engaging job descriptions and highlight company benefits effectively.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations with professionalism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
