Neighbourhood Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in our community by providing excellent customer service, managing rent accounts, and maintaining health and safety on our estates.
Responsibilities- Manage rent accounts on a specified patch, up to and including court action
- Maintain health and safety on our estates
- Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- A proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service in a housing management or customer-focused service setting
- Strong communication and mediation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues effectively
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
