The Role

We're looking for an ER Specialist who can work proactively across the business, anticipating and managing risks. You'll be a skilled communicator, knowing when to coach and when to advise. It's essential that you're an adept influencer, effective when faced with ambiguity.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled at identifying, communicating, and managing risk, proactively seeking 'win-win' outcomes for all. You'll work with colleagues to design and deliver training to mid-level people managers on ER policy and process.

This position requires the right candidate to effectively and clearly identify and mitigate risk through drawing on knowledge of relevant employment legislation, ensuring legal compliance in the development of options and decisions made. You'll take a highly planned and organised approach, setting out clear steps and associated timeframes, and share these with all key stakeholders.
