About the Role:

iDirect Independent Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team in Dorchester and Weymouth. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health difficulties in accessing their local community, developing new skills, and maintaining their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals, assisting them in their daily lives and promoting their independence.
  • Assist individuals in accessing their local community, including shopping, leisure activities, and social events.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Work collaboratively with the Team Manager and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs to enhance the quality of care and support.

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
