Job Summary:
  • This role involves working closely with SEN students, implementing individualized education plans, and monitoring progress to ensure they receive the necessary support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist SEN students in classroom activities, providing one-on-one support and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
Requirements:
  • An Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification is required for this role.
  • Prior experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable.
