Education Support Assistant

At TeacherActive, we are committed to providing excellent educational support services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Support Assistant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs. As an Education Support Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to students in various settings.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience working with children with special needs and disabilities. A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines is also essential. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate positively with students, parents, and colleagues.
We offer competitive rates of pay, ranging from £12-£15 per hour, depending on location and experience. Our PAYE scheme ensures that you pay the correct level of Tax and National Insurance, with no admin charges deducted from your earnings. In addition, you can expect to receive a wide range of benefits, including access to CPD courses and certificates through our My-Progression channel, as well as our TeacherActive Referral Scheme, which rewards successful referrals with up to £100.
