Marketing Communications Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Marketing Communications Specialist. This hybrid role will require approximately 25% travel and will involve overseeing the execution of projects and collaboratives, ensuring strong engagement and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Source and structure new proposed collaboratives that connect digital and practice innovation and catalytic funding for review by the Axim team and board
- Model the values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, fostering environments that facilitate diverse and inclusive spaces and encourage a diversity of perspectives on teams
- Participate in annual organizational goal setting and planning to align operations and budgets with the broader mission
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external decision-makers, leveraging exceptional relationship-building skills to connect with and influence diverse stakeholders
- Manage projects and collaboratives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality results
- At least 10 years of professional experience in developing partnerships in fields such as social enterprise, philanthropy, and higher education, including digital technology innovations
- Exceptional project management, prioritization, and planning skills, with a proven track record of producing high-quality deliverables on time and within budget
- Experience operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment as a creative thinker and problem solver
- Experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, with a strong preference for projects that leverage digital technology
