About the Role
FCM Recyclage / Recycling Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our construction site. This key role will be responsible for managing and training staff, planning and organizing resources, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately, and communicating departmental and corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and train a team of approximately 20 employees;
- Plan, organize, and control resources to meet organizational demands;
- Ensure accurate entry of information into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system;
- Communicate and enforce departmental and corporate policies;
- Manage inventory and logistics.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced leader with:
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in plant management or production management;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Basic mechanical and electronic skills;
- Well-developed leadership and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
This full-time position requires the candidate to work on-site from Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day, from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes company events.
Language and Schedule Requirements
- English proficiency is not mandatory;
- 10-hour day shift;
- Monday to Thursday.
Experience and Location
Prior experience in construction operations or related field is preferred, but not required. The work location is at our construction site.
