This key role will be responsible for managing and training staff, planning and organizing resources, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately, and communicating departmental and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and train a team of approximately 20 employees;
  • Plan, organize, and control resources to meet organizational demands;
  • Ensure accurate entry of information into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system;
  • Communicate and enforce departmental and corporate policies;
  • Manage inventory and logistics.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced leader with:

  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in plant management or production management;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
  • Proficient computer skills;
  • Basic mechanical and electronic skills;
  • Well-developed leadership and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires the candidate to work on-site from Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day, from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes company events.

Language and Schedule Requirements

  • English proficiency is not mandatory;
  • 10-hour day shift;
  • Monday to Thursday.

Experience and Location

Prior experience in construction operations or related field is preferred, but not required. The work location is at our construction site.
