We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support our growing Data Center in Newport.

This role is key to driving and delivering against agreed health and safety standards within the construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure safe systems of work are established.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture within Equans UK, ensuring compliance to management systems.
  • Evaluate and update health and safety policies and procedures to align with current legislation.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and accident investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training material to raise awareness on health and safety best practices among colleagues.
