About the Role

Sphere Solutions is working with a leading, privately owned civil engineering contractor to deliver major projects across building and infrastructure schemes in the UK.

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to manage and oversee the safe delivery of a challenging scheme in South Wales. The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager and off-site Health & Safety Director and be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of the works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all safety induction and toolbox talks
  • Monitor and provide HS&E input from design through to implementation
  • Support the broader HS&E agenda as required and ensure governance, compliance and legal obligations are met

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing safety-critical administration and liaising with stakeholders and management teams to ensure safe delivery.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
