Night Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at Fryers House in Romsey. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers with physical disabilities.
The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, be able to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families, and have personal care experience. You will also be able to work under pressure and as a team, and be flexible to work within rostered hours or participate in an on-call rota where required.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Support our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
