About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Snap Care as a Support Worker for a young person with additional needs. We are seeking a professional and caring individual to provide 2:1 support to a charming young chap with Cerebral Palsy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2:1 support to the young person, including all aspects of their health, care, and medical plan.
  • Support with manual handling and transitions, including hoisting.
  • Assist with personal care, therapy input, and planning fun and enjoyable activities.
  • Work alongside a team member to ensure the young person's needs are met.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting a teen or young person with additional needs.
  • Confident with manual handling and supporting with personal care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
