Key Responsibilities- Provide 2:1 support to the young person, including all aspects of their health, care, and medical plan.
- Support with manual handling and transitions, including hoisting.
- Assist with personal care, therapy input, and planning fun and enjoyable activities.
- Work alongside a team member to ensure the young person's needs are met.
