We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our team at Norse Group. As a Cleaning Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a small on-site team of cleaners and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality cleaning service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure service levels are met
  • Manage equipment and products, ensuring they are stored, maintained, and replenished as required
  • Monitor attendance and time management of the cleaning team
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are observed on-site

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in a cleaning environment
  • Experience of supervising or leading staff
  • Ability to engage with clients and members of the public
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
