We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our team at Norse Group. As a Cleaning Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of the contractual cleaning service and coordinating a small on-site team of cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and achieve service levels
  • Ensure equipment and products are stored, maintained, and replenished as required
  • Monitor attendance and time management
  • Observe health and safety guidelines onsite

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment
  • Experience of supervising or leading staff
  • Ability to confidently engage with clients and members of the public
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload
  • Good eye for detail and ability to maintain high levels of customer service
