Cleaning Site Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our team at Norse Group. As a Cleaning Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of the contractual cleaning service and coordinating a small on-site team of cleaners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and achieve service levels
- Ensure equipment and products are stored, maintained, and replenished as required
- Monitor attendance and time management
- Observe health and safety guidelines onsite
Requirements:
- Commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment
- Experience of supervising or leading staff
- Ability to confidently engage with clients and members of the public
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload
- Good eye for detail and ability to maintain high levels of customer service
