Cleaning Site Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our team at Norse Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a small team of cleaners to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Coordinate the maintenance and replenishment of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Monitor attendance and time management to ensure optimal productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a commercial cleaning environment, with a focus on supervisory or leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
