We're seeking a talented Social Sales Executive to join our team at Hilton Hotels, where you'll play a crucial role in generating revenue from social events and parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities for social events and parties
  • Participate in commercial meetings and contribute to commercial strategies and actions related to social events/parties and the LOFT Sky bar, OXBO Restaurant, and GLOW Terrace
  • Prepare offers and contracts in accordance with current business strategies
  • Work within current business strategies and capitalize on potential opportunities
  • Contribute to the administration and planning of social events
  • Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
  • Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made, and business leads
  • Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
