We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and professional leadership in the Complex Emotional Needs Pathway.
About the RoleThe post holder will be expected to:
- Provide clinical and professional leadership in the team
- Take part in management activities related to the post and the wider service
- Develop and implement service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Assess and manage patients with complex emotional needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
The ideal candidate will have:
- Full Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
- Approved clinician status
- Section 12 approval
- CCT in Medical Psychotherapy
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge in medical psychotherapy
