Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Digital and Transformation Officer to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive innovation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for the product team and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Promote a data-driven approach to decision-making and product development.
  • Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Support the business' compliance requirements to maintain and develop processes in support of our certification and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within the aviation industry or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
