About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Frontiers Media S.A. as a Content Creator, Strategic Storyteller, and Team Engagement Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative professional to play a key role in developing and implementing strong communication solutions, both company-wide and at a departmental level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and review content for company-wide and department-specific communications, ensuring consistency and adherence to our brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to campaign planning and execute campaign activity according to agreed schedules, ensuring internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
  • Assist in drafting messages from senior leadership and manage internal company communication channels, including intranet, Teams channels, and email.
  • Partner with the Senior Communications Manager to deliver our monthly internal newsletter and work with our in-house design and creative team to create compelling visual and video content.
  • Plan and organize internal communications events, respond to feedback from staff, and monitor engagement metrics to interpret data into actions.
  • Identify new communications and engagement opportunities and partner with the Senior Communications Manager to continually improve internal communications strategies.

  • Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced and agile organization.
  • Flexible and able to think independently, demonstrating sound judgment and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to independently manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to use discretion with sensitive information or confidential issues and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in an internal communications or related field (communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, human resources, academia).
  • Native-level English speaker with experience in copywriting and editing.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, spoken, and presentation skills, with the ability to write, edit, and publish communications in an authentic and human way.
  • Experience of communicating to a globally distributed, remote workforce and competence in using MS Office applications and digital internal communications tools.
