Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at SimX Ltd. in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring legal compliance is upheld at all times, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

This permanent role offers an estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure incoming calls are answered promptly and efficiently.
  2. Liaise with workshop team management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  3. Book in vehicle services and M.O.Ts as required.
  4. Fulfill site KPIs and report VORs accurately.
  5. Verify Vehicle warranty details.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
