Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team in a Paediatric Emergency Department. This role requires a healthcare professional with experience working in A&E and with paediatric patients.

The ideal candidate will possess a healthcare qualification (minimum BTEC or NVQ level) and 12 months relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist registered nurses with patient assessment, care planning, and evaluation under their supervision.
  • Support nursing teams delivering services and providing patient care.
Salary and Benefits

This is a paid position offering:

  • £12.00 per hour (PAYE), Monday to Friday
  • £14.00 per hour (PAYE), Saturday and Sunday
  • £16.00 per hour (PAYE), Nights

In addition to competitive pay, we offer DBS disclosures, frequent payroll runs, training allowances, and mental health support.
