Nursery Room Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions in Tooting. Our 100+ place setting is a vibrant and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff.
- A minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
- At least 2 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery.
- At least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams.
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
- A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
