Academic Trustee Position

As a School Governor, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of children with Autism. Our school embodies an ethos of kindness, care, and self-belief, creating a positive learning environment where students thrive.
You will work collaboratively with the Academy Council, comprising Staff Governors, Parent Governors, Community Governors, the Headteacher, and officers from the Nexus Central Trust Team. Together, you will receive information and reports on the school's Self-Evaluation, School Improvement Plan, Pupil and Community Voice, and more.
The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Meetings are scheduled during the school day or evenings, with set dates throughout the year.
