Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or Level 3/HLTA in primary education
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Cache level 3 Teaching Assistant / HLTA, and commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
