We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at Aloft Liverpool.

The ideal candidate will ensure the hotel's physical infrastructure is in optimal condition, while ensuring all facilities comply with safety, operational, and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and structural systems, to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for external maintenance work and ensure timely project completion within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations, including fire safety, and oversee regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work, inspections, and repairs conducted.
Requirements:
  • Experience in maintenance management, preferably within the hospitality industry or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
