About the Role

This Practice Development and Education Specialist role is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and colleagues alike.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading education and training activities for non-medical staff within the Neuro ICU, working closely with the Nursing Education Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver education programmes to meet the needs of non-medical staff.
  • Collaborate with the Education Team to review and develop education strategies.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement projects to enhance patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification with a first degree in Nursing
  • Experience in adult critical nursing or a related field
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate others
  • A passion for education and its impact on patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a salary range of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
