We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Stroke Medicine Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team at the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing acute medical and rehabilitation care to patients with stroke-related conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Stroke Medicine, with experience in managing complex cases and leading clinical teams. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from various disciplines.

As a consultant in this role, you will contribute to the development of our Stroke Service, working closely with existing consultants, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and education, with opportunities to mentor junior medical staff and students. You will also be encouraged to participate in research and audit activities, contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge in the field of Stroke Medicine.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of £105,504 - £139,882 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, training opportunities, and access to a range of wellbeing initiatives.
