About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adult Therapist to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will work with adults presenting with a wide range of mental health issues, including complex presentations that extend beyond the scope of Talking Therapies service provision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychological therapy to adults with mental health issues, including those with complex presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of evidence-based psychological approaches, including CBT-P, IPT, DIT, MBT, and CAT.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of group-based interventions, where appropriate.
  • Engage in regular supervision and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

Person Specification
  • Mental health background with additional psychological therapy training.
  • Experience of working with complex mental health presentations in adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintenance of clinical skills.
