About the Role

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estate Operative to join our team. As an Estate Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential developments, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular development inspections to identify and report any defects or health and safety concerns.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, both internally and externally, to ensure the development remains in excellent condition.
  • Build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors to provide a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Resolve a variety of maintenance issues, including light painting, basic carpentry, basic electrical tasks, and minor plumbing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with residents and guests to address their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
  • Good eye for detail and ability to conduct thorough inspections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Hold a driving license with an excellent road safety record.
