The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our dynamic team at Elephant Park, a rapidly expanding development in Park Central West. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating property management services and processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the administration and maintenance of property records, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
  • Implement and monitor environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) regulations, conducting regular inspections and recording incidents.
  • Prepare regular reports on financial and market data, coordinating updates to property directories and monitoring customer feedback.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of client activity programs, applying established planning models and theoretical knowledge.
  • Support the implementation of client management plans, monitoring effectiveness and providing feedback to senior operations staff.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with relevant tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, or property management, combined with intermediate-level role knowledge. Experience in the property management industry and knowledge of facilities/property management principles are highly desirable.
