Experienced SEN Support Worker

Sennen Education is currently working with a specialist alternative provision setting that provides a tailored and supportive experience to pupils who have various Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs.
As a resilient individual in nature with a passion for supporting children or individuals with challenging behaviour, you will play a vital role in enabling all children to live remarkable lives.
This school's main aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for pupils aged 11-16 years old, with specialised provisions within the school specific to various pupil needs which include:
- Opportunities for Outdoor Learning
- Behavioural Plans and Medical Support
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with challenging behaviours either from the classroom environment or a Care and Support Background.
You will work collaboratively with the learning support team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
A generous salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role.
