Personal Care Assistant

We are a leading provider of care services, dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. As a Companionship Support Worker with our company, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and provide emotional support and companionship.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to support them in achieving their goals. Our clients value the companionship and friendship they receive from our staff, and we are seeking compassionate and caring individuals who can provide this level of support.
**Estimated Salary:** £20,800 - £26,600 per annum (based on 25 hours per week)
**Location:** Denton and surrounding areas
**Job Type:** Full-time, Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and progress
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
