About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Leader to join our cleaning team at Royal Holloway University. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners and ensuring the smooth operation of cleaning services on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements
